No matter who has taken your measurements before -- you should retake your measurements for any new project.
One thing to keep in mind is you should have someone help you with this. Some measurements, you cannot take (accurately) by yourself.
Below you will find images with commonly requested measurements noted on them. Necessary measurements will vary from project to project. Some need more -- some need less.
You will be provided with a list of measurements needed for your commission.
